My DH just came to me and asked what the story behind this doll was. He had tried to get two dresses onto my new PM Kirsten and neither would fit. One was her brand new work dress which arrived last week and the other was Felecity's new Tea dress. My Felicity is a brand new one. The Tea dress barely fits her and it was my second one from the company. Am I going to have to buy all PM clothes from e-bay clothes in order to own a PM doll?

I sent my pre mattel molly doll into the hospital and had them put her on a diet while they were doing other things. Not sure how much it costs, but it worked like a charm. My PM Molly couldn't even fit into her own clothes very well.

Give me until after bedtime, and I'll check my Kirsten work dress (which I just got from a board member and is PM--it's put away for the holidays for my girls) and see how it fits on my PM Kirsten dolls! I think I may have read that this is a tight dress period. Sorry to have sold you such a "chubby" girl--but I do think they are cuter than the skinny ones!

PM dolls are VERY chubby, and a friend's PM Felicity is too fat for her own PM clothes!

My PM Kirsten fits into the couple of newer things I've put on her - the Midsummer dress and the short story plaid dress. Also the blue checked dress that was retired a while ago, but I am not sure if that is PM or not. I have all her standard outfits in PM versions from years ago (when I got her, as a child) so I haven't tried the Mattel versions of those.
